Prohibited use
You may not use Multistream.id to:
- Broadcast or relay content that violates law, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other people's rights, or send material that threatens, harasses, defrauds, or exploits people.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications through the service or platform chat.
- Use an account, OAuth grant, pairing code, dock session, token, or stream key without authorization; impersonate someone; guess pairing codes; or evade authentication and access controls.
- Use chat-reading access to send messages, change moderation, obtain tokens, or access data beyond the chat selected by the account owner; use stream controls without provider authorization and the account owner's consent; or request stream changes beyond the controls offered by the service.
- Circumvent quotas, API limits, plan limits, account restrictions, queues, or security mechanisms; create accounts to avoid a suspension; resell access without permission; or intentionally overload or disrupt the service, relay, or network.
- Reverse engineer private endpoints or access, test, or disrupt systems without our written authorization.
- Violate the terms of service, content policies, API policies, copyright, or moderation decisions of a connected destination, including Google/YouTube and Twitch policies.
Content and reports
You are responsible for what you send and must have the necessary rights and permissions. To report suspected infringement or abuse, email [email protected] with a way to contact you, the account or content involved, the time/location, and relevant reasons and evidence. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, pairing verifiers, or stream keys.
We may request more information, temporarily limit access, forward a report to a platform, or act as required by law. Platform handling and content owner rights are governed by their own procedures; we do not promise a particular result or response time.
Enforcement
We may review suspected violations and remove content from our features where available, revoke pairing or connections, disable credentials, stop a relay, or suspend an account. We may act to prevent harm, maintain the service, comply with law, respond to a platform request, or enforce the Terms of Service. Where circumstances allow, we will explain the reason and how to contact us for review. Information needed for security or legal obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
