Yes. The code must be 3-30 characters, unused, and cannot use a reserved brand word or route. Codes are compared case-insensitively.
The account must be new, use a valid link or code, pay a settled monthly subscription, pass the refund/chargeback period, stay active for 30 days, and complete a real stream of at least 60 seconds within 30 days.
The referral link is kept during login. Once the new Google account is created, attribution is claimed automatically; a code entered during signup takes priority over the stored link.
